Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note, we are not a regular fashion brand. All designs are specially customized and made exclusively for you. Any return which comes to us can’t be sold to any other customer that’s why we try our 100% to give you a high-quality product to make you 100% satisfied.

In case of any manufacturing defect, you can return your product within 7 days of the receipt of the same. To process the return, customers will need to reach out to our customer care team at info@promtee.com or call at +918447348253 for further guidance.

100% Money Back Guarantee

Promtee's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return items purchased on the our Website/Mobile site for any manufacturing defect. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its original condition.

Money will be refunded if:

  • Materially flawed, Printing is different from design submitted
  • Quality of print is below reasonable expectations.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Applicable refund for exchange will be trigger post successful pick of original item from you.
  • We will only process the return if you contact within 7 days of delivery.

We will process the refund payment or replace them immediately.

Cancellation Policy

You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at info@promtee.com or call us at +918447348253, we will process full refund if cancelled with 24 hours of order placed.

After 24 hours or once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

Note:

  • Promtee reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
  • Ensure that refund details given in the request form are correct and complete.
  • Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please ensure the bank details given are accurate for refund.
  • For reprint request, it is subjected to fabric and stock availability. If the fabric and material is out of stock, it would be a refund instead.
